The NC-200™ PQ Test Kit is used for performance qualification (PQ) testing of the NucleoCounter® NC-200™ using the NC Test Kit 3 and Via2-Cassette™. The test kit is not a counting standard. The kit is part of the NucleoCounter® NC-200™ Service Plan.
The NC-200™ PQ Test Kit contains multicolored beads for performance testing the counting capabilities of the NucleoCounter® NC-200™. The vials contain various concentrations of two types of beads. All vials contain beads that will be detected in the acridine orange (AO) and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) channels. Both types of beads will contribute to the total count. Please refer to the specific Application Notes, the NucleoCounter® NC-200™ instrument User Guide, or the NucleoView™ Software User Guide for detailed instructions.
