The NC-200™ PQ Kit 4 is used for performance qualification (PQ) testing of the NucleoCounter® NC-200™ using the Via1-Cassette™. The test kit is not a counting standard. Compared to the NC-200™ PQ Kit, NC-200™ PQ Test Kit 4 offers an extended range of bead concentrations and additional viability controls. The NC-200™ PQ Kit 4 is part of the NucleoCounter® NC-200™ Service Plan.

NC-200™ PQ Kit 4 contains multicolored beads for performance testing the counting capabilities of the NucleoCounter® NC-200™. The vials contain various concentrations of two types of beads. All vials contain beads that will be detected in the acridine orange (AO) and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) channels. Both types of beads will contribute to the total count.
