The NC-250™ PQ Test Kit is used to perform a Performance Qualification (PQ) of the NucleoCounter® NC-250™, using the NC Test Kit 3 and Via1-Cassette™. The test kit is not a counting standard.
The NC-250™ PQ Test Kit contains multicolored beads for performance testing the counting capabilities of the NucleoCounter® NC-3000™. The vials contain various concentrations of two types of beads. All vials contain beads that will be detected in the acridine orange (AO) and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) channels. Both types of beads will contribute to the total count. Please refer to the specific Application Notes, the NucleoCounter® NC-2500™ instrument User Guide, or the NucleoView™ Software User Guide for detailed instructions.
