The SCC-Cassette™ is a specialized cell sampling device for somatic cell count applications with the NucleoCounter® SCC-100™ instrument. It contains immobilized propidium iodide (PI) within its interior flow channels.
Loading approximately 60 µl of sample mixture in the cassette dissolves the PI and mixes it with the cell sample, staining the nuclei of somatic cells.
Use the SCC-Cassette™ in conjunction with Reagent C.
